We propose you to come together 28 Minutes Everyday at noon at the same time, unite and co create the collective energy we need to Heal Our Humanity. Tuning together at the same time with our own Spiritual Practice or Healing Art like:

MEDITATION, DRUMMING, PRAYER, BREATHING,  MUSIC, SOUND, CHANTING, YOGA. MOVEMENT, DANCE, CREATIVE ART, THERAPY, ACTIVE PEACE, ENERGY. FOUR ELEMENTS, NATURE…AND ANY OTHER WONDERFUL METHOD OR TECHNIQUE  FOR BRINGING PEACE, HEALING AND BALANCE INTO OUR LIFES. 

The PROTOCOL for the Connection & Global Healing Practice in 28 Minutes EVERYDAY is:

1) First moment from 12:00 m noon to 12:08 m (7:00 pm-7:08 pm Western Europe Time): We dedicate 8 minutes in Silence and Breathing Deeply in order to ground, to focus on the Purpose and Intentions of the Global Healing. You can put your hands at the level of your heart for feeling your Heartbeats, for healing Yourself and Humanity.

2) Second Moment: We dedicate 20 Minutes from 12:09 m-12:28 m Mexico City Time (7:08 pm-7:28 pm Western Central Europe Time) is a special time for our personal Healing Practice, Spiritual Tradition or Sacred Way for Healing. Otherwise you keep in silence, meditating and feeling your heartbeats, in connection with the Medicine of the Otomi Toltec 8000 Sacred Drums Heartbeats and Blessing.
